Fotografski muzej Maribor

At Koroška 19, the Maribor Photography Museum is located. Private collectors Maria and Avgust Bohanec donated a collection of 1,100 cameras and 600 pieces of accessories to the city of Maribor at the end of the 1980s. The collection in the museum is complemented by cameras from Slovenian photographers. In the museum, you can see part of Bohanč's collection and walk through the history of photography. There is also a gallery part on display, in which our and foreign photographic treasures are presented. Open from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, except for pre-announced groups. You are welcome!
