All dishes from the dish catalog are freshly cooked, prepared from local ingredients and served without thawing or heating.
The specialty is Prleška tünka, buckwheat krapec,..., the offer of hot dishes is based on ingredients from the region, e.g. on buckwheat, and they mostly cooked ceremonially or on Sundays.
