Our basic task is to enable all people to see the city of Ljubljana with a wooden boat from a water perspective. In addition, we offer transportation of tourists, groups, closed companies to Barje, all the way to Podpeča and back. In a comfortable ride on a wooden boat, we prepare simple but tasty snacks for a more pleasant sailing time, and we can also provide a perfect feast for the most demanding. With our mission, offer and approach, and the story that is being created together with you, we offer and try to ensure the maximum pleasure of sailing on the Ljubljanica.

the course of the ride

The boat trip takes 50 minutes. First, we drive from Brega towards the current, past the Gradaščica estuary into the Ljubljanica and the Hradecki bridge. The view opens up to the newly arranged embankment, to Špica, where the Gruberjev canal branches off. At Livada and the rowing club, Barka turns back in the direction of the Ljubljanica. There is a wonderful view of the castle, Prule, the old town, the Shoemaker's Bridge, the Franciscan Church and Tromostovje, and the Plečnik Market. The view of the baroque houses and the multitude of bridges, such as the Karlovy Vary, Prula, Mesarski, Žitni and particularly interesting from a water perspective, the Dragon Bridge, is particularly interesting.

Park at Križanke or on Kongresni trg and just walk to the Ljubljanica river. The boat is moored on the shore of Struga near Zlata ladajca, under the monument to Ivan Hribar.

Driving schedule:

Winter time (November - January) - from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Summer time (May - October) - from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Closed companies, picnics, business meetings, weddings and other rides by appointment.
