Viktor Stanislav Ocvirk founded an independent pastry shop in 1987 after returning from Germany, where he perfected his confectionery skills. The pastry shop soon came to a good reputation, which today reaches almost all over Slovenia. We use fresh daily ingredients for all our sweets, and we also pay a lot of attention to seasonal ingredients.
