Bled and its surroundings and natural beauty are one of the most beautiful alpine resorts, characterized by a mild, healing climate and thermal lake water. The thermal springs, which are included in the three swimming pools of the Grand Hotel Toplice (23°C) and the Park and Golf Hotels (28° - the water is heated), enable, in addition to pleasant bathing, the successful treatment of managerial diseases, exhaustion, neurovegetative disorders and age-related infirmity. Analysis of thermal water in the Grand Hotel Toplice according to Prof. dr. V. Kletzinska: The constant temperature of the spring is 23°C. 10 liters of water contains 1520 cc of free carbonic acid and 5.36 g of original salts, which consist of: chloronodium 0.12 g, sodium sulfuric acid 0.57 g, sodium-carbon acids 0.30g, calcium-carbon acids 2.31g, magnesium-carbon acids 1.16g, carbon iron oxide acids 0.44g, silicic acids 0.27g, loam, phosphorus salt, manganese and more.

Climate
Bled has a mild, healthy, subalpine climate with the longest bathing season of all Alpine resorts. With the ridges of the Julian Alps and Karavanka, it is protected from cold northerly winds. There is no fog in the seasonal months. The average monthly temperature in July is +18.7°C, in January -1.2°C.
