We are a family organic farm. This is our life. In front of us, many generations have farmed on our farm, and we really started in 2001 according to ecological rules.

We are engaged in several activities. The main ones are agriculture and fruit growing, and the work we put into it, as well as the production of vegetables, is not far behind them. We also have some cattle, chickens and pigs.

Processing of basic organic produce is part of our everyday life. Thus, the grains become flour and pulp, the fruit produces juice, jam and more... Vegetables are cut, pressed and a little salted. But that there is always something to do (and also serve), on many early mornings it smells from the bread oven, where the flour becomes bread and something sweet to top it off.

In order to be able to offer you everything we grow and process in one pleasant place, last year we opened a store of organic products within the farm, where, in addition to our fresh seasonal products, you can also get carefully selected products from some other Slovenian organic farms. All the products you get from us are organically produced and meet the strict European standards of organic production.

To round off the range of organic food, we can also serve you ready-made dishes made from organic ingredients. For this purpose, we sit your company in a social corner, listen to your wishes, and you enjoy food and drink (all organic, you know! :)

Offer - what & where
You can buy all our products both in Vr'ca on our farm, where the offer is the most varied, as well as at the following organic markets in Gorenjska:

• Naklo (Vita center), on Tuesday afternoons, between 5 and 6:30 p.m. hour
• Kranj (Mercator center in Primskove), on Saturdays, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
• Bled (in front of the TNP building), every third Saturday of the month, between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.

At the markets, we mainly offer fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, dried fruit, marmalade juice, vinegar, brandy, sauerkraut, eggs, asparagus (in season), cereals (buckwheat, wheat, spelt, barley, millet, corn) and flour and semolina from the listed grains (all minced with stone in the home mill), semolina, wheat, buckwheat bread, in season excellent dry salami and sausage and some selected products from more distant friendly organic farms (wine, pickled vegetables...).

In the organic store at our home, the offer is the most varied. In addition to our products and products, we also offer organic products from some selected Slovenian organic farms.

Opening hours of our shop:
Tuesday, from 7 am to 4 pm,
Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and
On Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Otherwise, the purchase is also possible on other days (you can call in advance by phone).

On Tuesdays and Saturdays we also offer bread and pastries :)

We arranged a multi-purpose room in the basement of the house. In it, we round off Šlibar's ecological story in the most concrete way - with plates and glasses full of organic dishes and drinks. We can prepare dishes of our choice or your wishes. Just like for yourself, we also use organic ingredients in our cooking.

And this for everyone who comes in society. to rest a little and eat something good after visiting the farm. Or if you come just to have fun with your company, maybe celebrate something, but you don't want it in a classic inn. If the group is not more than fifty, there will be enough space.
