Since we especially appreciate the production of meat and meat products, all our products are made exclusively from the highest quality meat of domestic origin, for which we also received an eco certificate. From the very processing of the meat all the way to the final product, we stick to traditional recipes and strictly follow established methods, where we use only natural ingredients. The sale of fresh meat, which includes the meat of young beef, veal and lamb, is carried out in its own retail in the butcher shop in the self-service grocery store in Idrija and in the "Šemrl" butcher shop in Spodnja Idrija and through business partners - butchers - at Primorska, Notranjska and on the coast. We deliver the ordered goods to all locations at least once a week with a cooled vehicle. We sell meat products as part of the sale of fresh meat, and we also have organized so-called "ambulatory" sales by days on the following routes: Monday: Vipavska dolina and Nova Gorica; Tuesday: Notranjska to Babne Polje; Wednesday: Cerkno and Tolminska to Bovec; Thursday: Ljubljana and its surroundings, Postojna, Pivka, Sežana; Friday: Gorenjska.
