The Bioterme Thermal Park
Outdoor pools in the Bioterme Thermal Park:
For relaxation and recreation, 1,400 m2 of outdoor water surfaces in nine pools with a water temperature between 27 °C and 36 °C are available to our guests. You can enjoy the joys of a fast river, swimming and multi-purpose pools, massage pools, resting pools, a pleasant cove and a children's pool. On the terraces for sunbathing, green grassy areas and in the pleasant cool shade of trees, you will find a moment to rest and contact yourself.

Indoor Thermal Park:
In the indoor pool complex, you can find 600 m2 of water surfaces in five indoor pools with a water temperature between 29°C and 36°C. Saun lovers will be able to pamper themselves in the indoor and outdoor Finnish, Turkish, infrared and herbal saunas. Various massage techniques are available to hotel and external guests, which will restore the balance of body, mind and well-being. Exercising in a modern fitness center is suitable for all periods of life, both sexes and different levels of physical fitness. The Thermal Park also has a buffet restaurant with a rich selection of food and drinks.

The specialty of Bioterm is the thermo-mineral water, which originates from two wells 2,273 m and 1,537 m deep. At the source, it is between 42 and 51 degrees Celsius. The water is clean, free of impurities, high-quality, hyperthermal, warm and rich in sodium, potassium and hydrogen carbonate. Due to its balneological characteristics, it is suitable for recreational, sports and especially medical purposes, as it has a beneficial effect on maintaining the functionality of the movement system and the spine.

It is one of the few thermal ducts that is drinkable and suitable for oral treatment and relief of problems with the stomach, bile ducts and urinary tract, and it also promotes well-being. The medicinal effects of water are defined and confirmed in the Decision on the declaration of a natural medicinal agent of the Ministry of Health no. 1612–9/2009/13. The healing effects of water were researched and written down by the professor, master, by Janez Kraševec, MD, balneologist.
At the Bioterme*** hotel, we are developing a modern health center, within which we already offer dental clinic services, specialized stores with medicines and medical devices, as well as therapeutic massages.
