Welcome to the Lojtrnik homestead!
On the edge of the valley between Nanos and Vremščica stands the village of Laže, and at the end of the village is the Lojtrnik homestead. At almost 700 meters above sea level, you can enjoy a calm and cool green environment in the summer, and the joys of snow in the winter.

There are many natural and cultural attractions in the nearby area. The coast is not far either. If you want to swim in the sea, you are there in half an hour. After returning, sleep in complete peace and pleasant coolness.

In the shade of old walnut trees on the lawn in front of the apartments, you can relax on deckchairs or prepare a meal on the grill, while children have fun on the playground or with domestic animals.

Apartments and lodgings in the Karst and living conditions
The house in which there are apartments is located at the end of the village, in the valley from which there is a view of Vremščica from one side and Nanos on the other. In front of the entrance is a meadow with playgrounds, tables, benches and a barbecue. The four apartments of 20-30 m2 are nicely and simply furnished. All have a double bed and one or two extra beds. We prepare breakfast on request.

Visit us and be with us "on a horse"
We would like to share with you all that is beautiful. With us, children can ride, get to know domestic animals, cook and bake in their own way, walk in the surrounding meadows and forest. Since we are at almost 700 meters above sea level, the summers are pleasantly warm, and the winters are mostly white - there is plenty of room for sledding, snowshoeing and making snowmen. It is hard to imagine that just half an hour's drive from the city (Ljubljana, Koper, Nova Gorica) life can be so different. The beautiful surroundings, imbued with the rhythm of farm life, are an ideal basis for one-day trips. With added activities, where children actively participate, impressions and experiences will remain forever.
