Hotel Kamnik

Hotel MD Kamnik is a pleasant boutique hotel embedded in the old town center of Kamnik, with a wonderful view of the Kamnik Alps. It represents an excellent starting point for recreation and getting to know Kamnik's rich historical and ethnological gift. It was built at the beginning of the 19th century. Then renovated in 2009. Despite renovations, it retained its original originality in an environment declared to be an area of cultural heritage.

The hotel has 22 rooms at its disposal, which are furnished in a medieval style with a touch of classic elegance.

In addition to the rooms, there is also a multipurpose hall, a restaurant and a cafe with a beautiful garden.

The multi-purpose hall can accommodate up to 80 people, the space itself is air-conditioned, equipped with a projector, sound system, WiFi and thus suitable for organizing various seminars and events, such as Various celebrations, parties for closing parties and weddings.

The hotel is only 10 km from Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport.

The location of the hotel offers excellent opportunities for tourist, sports and relaxation activities. We are located in the immediate vicinity of Velika Planina, the source of Kamniška Bistrica,... which enable hiking, cycling and trekking in the unspoiled mountain world. Nearby is the Arboretum Volčji Potok golf course with a botanical garden, the nearest ski resort is Krvavec, but if you want to feel the pulse of an urban Slovenian city, go to the capital Ljubljana, which is only 25 km away.
