Bazilika Café

Basilica was born out of love for cooking, food and socializing. Our basic story is family and comes from the desire to be simple and at the same time a little different. In doing so, we want to create a story that will last and leave a mark. We don't complicate things, we work with heart and inspiration. Every time we realize again that there is almost no greater satisfaction for us than to put a plate of local priest in front of you. We believe that everything that comes out of our kitchen is healthy, and that is because it is always prepared fresh and from the best ingredients. We order vegetables every day on the fly, we often choose organic and local and as seasonally as possible. In our pantry there is a small freezer that keeps French croissants and occasionally peas, almost everything else is used fresh. We swear by herbs and olive oil. Here, sandwiches and a daily soup that we never manage to cook enough of are in the foreground. It is already the case if we prepare everything from fresh ingredients and that right in our little bar. Meanwhile, Mojca chats with a bunch of our loyal customers, makes some coffee, roasts a sandwich and serves a pie. You are welcome!
