BRUNARICA KOSOBRIN

Our beginnings could be described as spontaneous and amateurish. At the time, we didn't think about the width and size of Kosobrin today. We can say that we grew with our abilities and the desire for something new, different and pleasant. Of course, at the same time, new needs and wishes of the guests appeared, which were our compass at that time. From a small wooden log cabin and five tables in the garden, set up in the winter of 2011/2012, over the years we have become recognizable as a place where there is always something new and where good food is eaten. The family, as the fundamental social cell of every system is, is the foundation of Kosobrin's story. Someone gave an idea, another developed and built it. And the third refreshed again with new views. But the immediate family was slowly not enough. So we welcomed other members to the team, who slowly became part of the family and follow their values and beliefs.
