Hoodburger

Hood Burger was born in August 2012 at the stand in front of the Sax pub in Ljubljana. Til Pleterski and Klemen Ptičak then presented a gourmet burger made from 100% Slovenian grazing beef, homemade potato bombs and other local ingredients served in a street way for the first time in the history of Slovenia. The response of the customers was fantastic, and so Hood Burger got its first permanent location in front of the Interspar Vič center in November of the same year. Hood Burger thus changed the Slovenian burger scene forever. Hood Burger is a modern street restaurant where we serve the tastiest beef burgers, steak sandwiches and real home fries. We put together one of the world's most famous fast food icons – a hamburger, to our taste, but we stuck to its basic definition. Quality ingredients are of primary importance to us, so we looked for the best in our surroundings. We support local growers and thereby try to reduce the negative impact of emissions on the environment, because the ingredients are not brought from different parts of the world.
