The Mandala Restaurant story
The idea of the vegan restaurant Mandala was born in the heart of Mitja Bitenac two years ago, when he saw how guests enjoy food and love to return. Despite the fact that more than 70% of them are not veggies, they felt great after eating. He thought that he would open a new restaurant in the center of Ljubljana, which will be easier to access for others.
"Why Mandala?"
The name and concept of the restoration of the mandala arose from three principles! A touch of India, Slovenian space and vegan cuisine. The Mandala restaurant is a fusion of these three principles and has a strong story that lives both on the guests' plates and in the area of the restaurant itself!

The Mandala restaurant is located in the Ajdovščina underpass, in the center of Ljubljana, just a little away from Slovenska cesta.
