Turistična vas Pristava

The tourist village of Pristava unites four farms. Fifty years ago, a well-known Partizanski dom was built on Pristava, and after its closure, the excursion point tradition with the guest house was continued by the Okorn excursion tourism. Today, united under the name Tourist Village Pristava, we offer you products and produce from the entire village, which you can enjoy in unique locations next to the forest and elsewhere on our beautiful plateau.

Each of the four farms is named after old house names, namely Pr Lampret, Pr Okorn, Pr Mežnar and Pr Tonijevi. Unique locations for dining are only one part of our offer - we also offer a rest area for motorhomes, a wooden tent for two people, a picnic area with a campfire and a home kitchen, where we cook house lunches on weekends. The nature around us offers us plenty of opportunities to play carefree with the youngest family members.

Nowadays, active leisure time is in the foreground. We offer pedal go-karts, children's playgrounds and playgrounds for volleyball and indoor soccer. Five hiking trails lead past the tourist village of Pristava, part of which is also accessible by bicycle. Each of the routes has different levels of difficulty, but of course you can adjust their difficulty yourself. Visitors have the opportunity to see the Cistercian monastery Stična and the church of St. Lambert on Pristava. Near the church once stood the castle of the noblewoman Virida Visconti, a member of a noble family from Milan. At the top of Pristava stands a partisan home, and two monuments have been erected near it; The first in memory of the fallen fighters, and the second was erected at the time of Slovenia's independence.
