• Coronini Manor - Tolmin Museum: The former manor house, built in the second half of the 17th century, is today the seat of the Tolmin Museum, which houses the rich cultural heritage of Posočje and also takes care of several external collections.
• Castle Tulpa: Tulipovec (Liriodendrum tulipifera) on Brajda is said to be the last tree of the former castle park, around 300 years old. It is one of the largest of its kind in Slovenia.
• Kozlov Rob Castle: The castle fortress on Kozlov's edge, as the most important in Primorska, north of Gorica, controlled important transport routes from the 12th to the 17th century. The ruins of the castle served the Austro-Hungarian army as an outpost on the Soča front during World War I.
• Monument to the Tolmin punt: The monument to the great Tolmin punt was designed by the academic painter Tone Kralj. It was erected in 1973 on the 260th anniversary of this important peasant revolt, which is presented in more detail in the Tolmin Museum.
• Fountain on Stari placo: It was built in 1862 by the mayor Andrej Prezelj. It was removed after the First World War. In 1995, the reconstruction of the well was done: a stone vase and an inscription plate have been preserved from the original.
• Parish Church of the Assumption of Mary: Built in the second half of the 17th century on the site where the smaller pilgrimage church of St. Mary on Ilovica previously stood. From this, the statue of the Virgin Mary with the Child from 1480 has been preserved. Three marble baroque altars are worth seeing.
• Cemetery church of St. Urho: It is one of the oldest churches in Tolminsko, next to it they were buried already in the 9th or 10th century. The presbytery is decorated with late Gothic paintings.
• German ossuary: It stands not far from the confluence of the Soča and Tolminka; It contains the remains of 965 German soldiers who fell on the battlefields in the vicinity of Tolmin in the 12th Battle of Soška in 1917. It is an extraordinary architectural monument.

Nature

The unspoilt nature of Tolminska hides many natural values in its green shelter. Gorges, waterfalls, springs, ravines, streams and rivers, the wealth of forests, the diversity of geomorphological phenomena, the cultural landscape and other witnesses of natural events in the past and present call for discovery and research. The river Soča and its unique, inimitable emerald color cannot be resisted: it attracts guests from all over the world to the auspices of the Poso mountains and the plains of Obso.

Tolmin basin: the gorge of the Tolminka and Zadlaščica rivers, the southernmost entrance to the Triglav National Park, at 180 m above sea level, its lowest point; The Devil's Bridge rises 60 m above Koriti Tolminka; Warm spring; Medved's head, an interesting rock boulder, wedged between two precipice walls, forms a natural bridge.

Zadlaška or Dante's Cave: Oral tradition says that the Italian Renaissance poet Dante Alighieri lived here at the beginning of the 14th century; The wild nature and the precipitous walls of the Tolmin basins are said to have inspired him for a few verses of the hell of his divine comedy.

Sources of Tolminka: karst springs above Mount Polog at 690 m above sea level; The river then briskly enters the deep and narrow gorge, creating beautiful rapids and pools.
